Born on 1 May 1997 in Muduliguda village under Khairaput Block of Malkangiri district, he grew up in a family that valued honesty, hard work, and education despite limited resources. His parents encouraged him to continue his studies even when educational opportunities were scarce in the tribal region. During his school days, he displayed a keen interest in learning and participated actively in both academic and cultural activities. His determination to pursue higher education distinguished him from many others in his community. In 2012, he joined Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), Bhubaneswar, where he began a remarkable educational journey. He completed his Higher Secondary education, Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Master's degree, M.Phil., and finally a Ph.D. in Political Science. Throughout these years, he consistently demonstrated dedication to research and academic excellence. His achievements made history because he became the first person from the Didayi community to earn both an M.Phil. and a Ph.D. degree. His success stands as an inspiring example for tribal youth, proving that determination, discipline, and education can overcome geographical and economic barriers. His life story continues to encourage young students from remote areas to dream beyond limitations and strive for excellence.

He attended several interviews for the position of Guest Faculty in different institutions, including interviews conducted under Vikram Dev University. Every interview strengthened his confidence and expanded his teaching experience. Eventually, his dedication was rewarded when he was selected as Guest Faculty in the Government Degree College, Chitrakonda, located in his own native district of Malkangiri. This appointment marked a significant milestone because it enabled him to serve students from the very region that had inspired his academic journey. Returning to Chitrakonda as a teacher was not merely a professional achievement but also an emotional homecoming. The place where he once spent his childhood has now become the place where he guides the next generation of learners. His appointment demonstrates that talent emerging from remote tribal communities can contribute directly to strengthening higher education in those same communities. As a Guest Faculty member, he is committed to creating an interactive learning environment where students can connect political theories with real social experiences.
