Dr. Ratnakar Mohapatra

        Dr. Mohapatra’s role as my Ph.D. co-guide extends beyond academic guidance; he nurtures an environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and independent thinking. His vast knowledge of history and deep understanding of indigenous governance systems have significantly influenced my research approach. Under his mentorship, I have developed a keen interest in critically analyzing historical and socio-political structures, particularly concerning the traditional political system of the Didayi tribe. His detailed feedback helps me refine my arguments, strengthen my methodology and enhance the overall quality of my research. His ability to simplify complex academic concepts and provide clear direction has been instrumental in shaping my work. Beyond research, Dr. Mohapatra has also played a crucial role in my personal and professional development.
